My CARE Progress

I have done a check of my CARE progress so far this year.

I am doing ok but I could do a little better because I am a little behind but I am trying to catch up.

How far away are you from reaching your BRONZE
I am quite far away I need three more certificates and then a few more ticks after that.

The area of CARE that I need to try harder in C / A / R / E
Because those are the areas I have the least ticks in and need to improve in.

To achieve my BRONZE award quicker I need to achieve more in the assembly section by paying attention to the speaker.

The one thing that I can do to improve my progress in CARE is try my hardest to get as many certificates.

We will review CARE progress again at the end of the term.

I can describe the structure of a Short Story

Something I have learned about the structure of short stories is: it is very similar to that of a normal story with only a few changes.

After reading some short stories two things I will remember when I write my own short story are try not to make the story too long or too short and get to the point quickly.

Student Led Conference Reflection

The things I enjoyed most about my SLC were:
being able to show my parents all of the things we have been learning.

What went well and why?
All of my links worked so that was a relief because last year some of mine didn't work even after the teachers tried them before hand.
What were the challenges you faced when preparing and presenting your SLC?
when we first got there the Wifi dropped out so we started a bit late but I managed to complete my conference in the time we had left.
What changes would you make for next time and why?
Explain the points more and read all of my writing because we were running low on time so I just read the introduction and conclusion.
