In this project I was working with Mollyanne and we decided to create an online children's book.

In this project we decided that our success criteria was:

Eye catching covers

An interesting title

Colourful illustrations  

Jokes spread around the book

Rhyme if possible

Overall our project met this criteria because our book had all of these traits and was successful.

In Lauren and I's test we got 17/19 a good result meaning we only had a couple of activities we do before completed.

In this unit I have been learning about:

The parts of speech.

The types of nouns.

The types of sentences.

In this unit, I found challenging remembering the difference between collective noun,abstract noun and noun

Something new I learnt was Learning what different words meant and fully understanding them so I can use them in my writing or reading

we have been learning to write an exposition. this is the conclusion from mine.

Overall, with the information I have collected, I have come to a conclusion; I believe that J.K Rowling is the better leader. I am guessing right now that you are confused. Why would I pick a normal person over the queen; a born leader. That is my point, she was born into royalty almost not having a choice to be a leader. Everyone would still look up to the queen even if she did something wrong. But J.K had to find her own way in the world and is admired by many. She pushed her way through thick and thin making her resilient. Nearly the same amount of people look up to her as they do the queen; she was just an ordinary person with creative ideas but she turned into one of this generation's best leaders.

Poem

This is my first poem .I used rhythms,alitteration and hyperboles .

❄️Winter❄️

Some say winter has a cold heart 

But they don't know where to start

When it comes to describing winter 

Wonderful winter is cold but warm 

How? you say well isnt it warm 

when you sit inside with steaming hot-chocolate 

waiting out a winter storm

And when it snows 

everyone knows it's time to go and play

It's so freezing soon I might turn into an ice cube 

People say but sorry is that winters problem no!

So say goodbye its time to go 

and enjoy winter including ice and snow
